Shipping policy

Geno Games ships to everywhere in Canada. From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 11:00 AM Atlantic Time are processed the same day. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sudndays or Holidays will be processed on the following business day.

Geno Games is not responsible for lost packages.

Tracking and insurance for orders under $50 is available at checkout. Rates are calculated based on weight and location.

A majority of orders under $50 are shipped via Canada Post Lettermail.

All orders over $50 are shipped via Canada Post Expedited Parcel which include tracking and insurance.

Geno Games does not guarantee specific delivery times.
